It is time for a real great party in Riga – Blusu balle (Flea party). This one-day festival used to be called Danču diena and happened in Jelgava. But now everybody is invited to come and participate in two dance workshops during day, and enjoy an amazing evening of music and dances in Theatre of Ģertrūde street.

During the evening several musical groups will take the stage, to perform both traditional Latvian music and dance melodies, as well as music of other countries. A wide repertoire and various musical instruments will be used. Among the various instruments we have already heard, this time we will be delighted like never before – with a nickel harp, which will be played by the great artist and teacher Emelie Waldken from Sweden.

During the evening, such groups as "Kokle" and "Vilnis Ziedonis" will perform, as well as duets "Madara and Oskars" and "Arre". As solo artists – Emelie Waldken and Pēteris Narubins.
