Elizabete Balčus

Elizabete Balčus (born in year 1990, 23.november, Riga) is musician, singer and songwriter from Latvia. Studying at Jāzeps Vītols Latvian academy of Music – flute speciality. In autumn of 2011 she released her debut EP album “Wooden Horse”. Her music could put in art-folk, indie, dream-pop genre. In music Elizabete uses classical music instruments – piano, harp, violoncello, flute and percussions, and create dreamy surreal atmosphere. Influences – Bjork, Yann Tiersen, Erik Satie, Regina Spektor, Final Fantasy, Kate Bush, Agnes Obel u.c.
